How do I clear my search history for google?

When I'm on the website,not using the toolbar.How do I clear my search history for google?
When you go on the search part, where it says Google, you know...the big words Google, when what you have been searching comes up, point to them with your mouse, each one and press ';delete'; and they will disappear.How do I clear my search history for google?
install the trial version Internet washer..this tools should be able to clean all the google cookies..
please help answer my questions.

but, i think you go to tools and then options and then delete/clear options.
Simple, follow these instructions:


(I assume you are usinf Internet Explorer)





Click on Tools, then Choose Internet Options





Choose the Content Tab





Click on Auto Complete





Play Around with these oprions (choose clear forms to clear all typed searches etc)

i just clear the history for my internet and for that u just go to





tools-internet options- clear history
Click on Tools, then Choose Internet Options ==%26gt;


then Content Tab ==%26gt; Auto Complete ==%26gt; Clear forms





Clear history will clear the downloaded pages and their traces
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR user's name\Local Settings\History


if you don't see this folder, set your win explorer to show hidden file. (under tools, folder option, click view tab, put check mark in front of Show hidden files.


to delete item from previously searched item, just drop the list (by double-clicking the empty search field) highlight the item with your mouse, and hit delete key.
open internet explorer and up the top on the bar click tools and then internet options. once you get there you click delete history and it erases all web searches.

Click on the little down arrow next to the window. At the bottom it should say clear history.
if u r using firefox ctrl+shift+del--- saved form and search history--- clear private data now
