Went to safari-hit clear cache-does not do it.How do I clear the search box on my i mac? I have gone to Safari-clear cache-nothing. and hit empty cache b?
In the Safari menu select ';Reset Safari...'; or if you are just looking to clear your recent searches (without clearing your cookies, saved usernames/password, etc), click on the search icon (which is to the left of the search box) and when you click on it, a drop down menu appears and at the bottom it will have ';Clear Recent Searches.';
