for IE 7 Tools - internet options - General - Browsing History - delete - delete history.
If you still have 6.0, it is a little different. I believe it is still tools - internet options - general - clear history.
click discover and look it up there a bunch of people like you looking at porn on your mom or dads computer
Just simply do one thing. You Highlight the word by taking cursor to it and then press the delete button on your keyboard. It can be use for Google also.
