In Firebox





* Either press Ctrl+Shift+Del or Click Tools=%26gt;Clear Private Data. In the resulting dialog you can select the various options to clear.





* To pemanently stop saving data that you entered in search and form fields :


Goto to Tools=%26gt;options=%26gt;Privacy=%26gt;SavedForms=%26gt; uncheck the ';Save Information As I enter in Form and Search Fields';





your search or form entries will not appear anymore.





In Internet Explorer





* Go to menu, tools =%26gt;Internet options =%26gt; content.


Click AutoComplete in the bottom. In the resulting window click clear forms.





* To permanently stop saving the search and form field entries goto Tools=%26gt;Internet Options=%26gt;Content=%26gt;AutoComplete uncheck all the boxes and click ok.How do I clear yahoo search history using mozilla firefox and thunderbird?

How do I clear yahoo search history using mozilla firefox and thunderbird?
1. go to tools-%26gt;Options...


2. click on Privacy icon on the left of the dialog box


3. click the clear button next to ';Saved Form Information';.


This will clear any information you entered from a form such as in google,yahoo search.
