How do I clear my Youtube search box?

I used to press down arrow under each letter and then press delete, but it doesn't work!! I also tried tools - internet options - delete cookies, delete files, delete history but my youtube search box still remembers everything!





I managed to delete every other search box except youtube!!!

Go into Internet Options -%26gt; Content tab -%26gt; Autocomplete button -%26gt; Clear forms.

maybe you need to restart you browser-are you using internet explorer or firefox?if you've deleted everything it should work but if not maybe you need to restart your computer or browser. if it still does that i have no idea why.


the same thing happened to me but it stopped as soon as i deleted all my history and deleted forms.


did you delete forms?
Go to the YouTube Search box and type a blank space (ie space bar)


Hit the Search button





A new window will appear which includes the words:


No Videos found for 鈥溾€?br>




Save this to your Favorites





Now, any time you want a blank YouTube Search box you've got it when you click YouTube in your Favorites
no , silly. youtube has that new thing where you start typing and it automatically shows possible matches, that come from everyone's searches.. ask.com and a few other search engines have done the same thing.
I think youtube now has included the posible match and suggestion everytime you try typing on the search box.
Ooh naughty nuaughty. JK. the video box things on youtube are just suggestions I dont think you can delete them.
have you been searching porn? lol just kidding. try to delete your whole browsing history on your computer then it will delete everything.
