Click the BLUE DOWN ARROW in the yahoo search box, click OPTIONS, click CLEAR SEARCH HISTORY.
To prevent future yahoo searches from being saved, click the BLUE DOWN ARROW, click OPTIONS, click MORE OPTIONS and clear the boxes under the caption SEARCH BOX, click OK.How do I clear my search history on the Yahoo search line ?

click on the arrow where it shows ur history
then click on options at the top right then lick clear history :)
